The programme

Thanks to its transdisciplinary curriculum taught in English, students develop a global view of fashion and the challenges it faces today. Beyond acquiring a solid grounding in fashion culture, the programme places the emphasis on entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking.

Why choose this Bachelor?

Year 1

hold a BAC (French secondary school leaving certificate) or an equivalent Level 4
qualification

Year 2

hold a BAC (French secondary school leaving certificate) or an equivalent Level 4 qualification and have validated 60 ECTS credits on completion of a first year of higher education in a field directly or indirectly related to the fashion industry (communications, marketing, events, retail).

Year 3

hold a Bac+2 qualification (two years of higher education) or an equivalent Level 5 qualification in a field directly or indirectly related to the fashion industry (communications, marketing, events, retail), or have validated 120 ECTS credits on completion of two years of higher education in a field directly or indirectly related to the fashion industry (communications, marketing, events, retail).

Learning outcomes

Decode fashion trends and the influence of the latest technologies
Master communication tools and branding concepts in order to put forward relevant ideas that increase a brand's visibility online
Strengthen your ability to work in a multicultural environment
Establish a sales strategy, identify a distribution channel in line with a brand's positioning and target customers, select a point of sale and master negotiation techniques
Identify the management styles suited to a team and understand how to draw on, encourage and unite a team's commitment.

And, on completion of the third year, be able to:

Analyse a brief and design a creative, innovative event project
Manage the organisation and delivery of the event project in technical, logistical and budgetary terms
Coordinate interactions with the various stakeholders in the event project

Programme format

Full-time study. Compulsory placement from the first year of the Bachelor onwards.

Assessment methods

Students are assessed throughout the academic year through continuous assessment (written assignments, case studies, projects, oral presentations, etc.) and examination sessions.
In the third year of the Bachelor, the school diploma is awarded on obtaining the 180 ECTS credits earned across the programme. The award of the RNCP Level 6 professional certification is conditional on validating the skill blocks that make it up (dedicated certification assessments).

Degree

Each academic year is worth 60 ECTS credits.
The third year of the Bachelor leads to the EIDM school diploma “Global Fashion & Luxury Business Bachelor”, 180 ECTS credits awarded by ACE EDUCATION.

Professional certification

On completing the qualification, the Bachelor allows graduates to step straight into working life or to continue into the first year of the Mastère Innovative & Fashion Luxury Management, the Mastère Fashion Art & Event Director or the Global Fashion & Luxury Management Master.
